Frozen Fruit & Purees

Frozen fruit and purees such as Berries, Tropicals and Exotic fruits are sourced from all around the world for our customers who wish to use these products to repack or use as ingredients to make foods preparations, smoothies or other applications. Products are packed in various formats to suit our customers needs.

Dried Fruit

Dried apples, sultanas, raisins, figs, are just some of the fruits we source for use as ingredients in breakfast cereals, muesli (granola) and bakery industries. We also have a range of dried fruits infused with juice or sugar for use in snacks and bakery industries.

Seeds

Pumpkin seeds (Pepitas) and Sunflower seeds for human consumption is our speciality in this range. Carefully heat treated with guaranteed microbial levels makes it a safe and effective option for use in ready to eat applications including bakery operations that demand a low microbial level.

Frozen Herbs

Ginger, Garlic, Chilli, Coriander and Basil are some of the products we source for use by customers as ingredients in food service or food manufacturing. Typically packed in drums or cartons to suit customers needs.

Speciality Juice Concentrate

Processed and clarified from the raw fruit to retain the character of the whole fruit, typically citrus or tropical. Clarified items do not contain pulp.
